1.)  HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

There are four ways to place an order:

a.) Call us Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., at (909) 538-0939

     and ask for Dr. Mitchel Catz

b.) Fax us at (909) 868-1128

c.) E-mail us at info@meibeauty.com

NOTE: When you place your order by E-mail, please include your name and phone number but NOT your credit card number. A representative from Mei Beauty Products, Inc. will call you for that information.

NOTE: After your order is received and processed, we will send an E-mail confirmation within 24 hours. The E-mail confirmation will serve as a receipt and will have all the important and necessary information. You can also contact us at (909) 538-0939 for any information regarding your order.

d.) Visit us at our facility

NOTE: Before visiting Mei Beauty Products, Inc., please contact Dr. Mitchel Catz or Mei Chang first. Such effort would allow us to ensure availability of your item(s) and expedite the purchasing process.

NOTE: Orders placed after 2:30 P.M. (PST) may not be processed nor shipped until the following business day.

NOTE: We reserve the right to limit or deny sales even after we received and confirmed your order.

 


2.)  HOW CAN I PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT IN STOCK?
Occasionally, we may experience item shortage due to its high demand and popularity. Please provide us with your name and number and we will to notify you when the item is available. At that time, you can decide if you want to purchase the item.


3.)  DOES YOUR COMPANY ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDER?
Yes, our company accepts purchase order. Please either E-mail or fax us the purchase order at (909) 868-1128.


4.)  DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH?
Yes, we have staff who speak Spanish, Japanese, Taiwanese, or Mandarin.


5.)  WHAT CAN I DO IF I NEED MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
You can E-mail or call us at (909) 538-0939, and we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information about any one of our products. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) are also available on request for any item that is classified as hazardous by OSHA.


6.)  DOES MEI BEAUTY SELL ITS PRODUCTS IN A PACKAGE?
Yes, but we do not have a predetermined or preset package. We prefer to discuss with our clients first and then customize a special package according to their needs.


7.)  IF I CAN'T FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR FROM YOUR WEBSITE, WHAT CAN I DO?
We occasionally stock products from other companies that we may not place on our website. Please E-mail or call us at (909) 622-9968 to inquire that information.


8.)  WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept cash, check (with proper identification), money order, cashier’s check, traveler’s check, major bank debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  After you place your orders, you can review your total amount and orders by asking one of our representatives to provide you a copy of the invoice. When you are satisfied with your orders and want to pay with a credit card, then you can provide us with your credit card number and other important information to complete the transaction.


9.)  DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes. We are required by law to charge all the applicable state and local sales taxes for all orders. However, we can process tax-exempt order if you have reseller permit or locate at state(s) other than California.


10.)  IF I PAID WITH CREDIT CARD, WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED? 
Your credit card will be charged immediately after we process your order.
