WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY’S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Mei Beauty Products, Inc. has a 7 days exchange and return policy for defective or damaged items only. Beyond 7 days, client will not receive any refund, credit nor allow to exchange for another/different machine.

 

To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned, with shipping and insurance pre-paid, in an unused and undamaged condition; the items must also be in the original box and packaging containing all the undamaged and unused warranty card, operating manual, parts, and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund and credit.

NOTE: Mei Beauty Products, Inc. reserves the right to determine the amount of refund and credit based on the condition of the returned products and the duration that products were in customer’s possession.

NOTE: C.O.D will not be accepted.

When returning the items, the copies of the *original receipt or invoice, UPS return form, E-mail confirmation of acceptable returns, and *return authorization number must be included.

* Items marked in red are the minimum necessity for authorizing item return.

NOTE: Prior to returning your items, please E-mail or call us at (909) 538-0939 to obtain a return authorization number and proper shipping procedures. We will not accept any return without a return authorization number. Return made without authorization number will be returned collect to you.

NOTE: Shipping, delivery, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.

NOTE: Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Purchases made by cash or check over $250 will be refunded by a company check within 10 business days.

NOTE: Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges.

NOTE: We will only accept the return of merchandise that was purchased from Mei Beauty Products, Inc.

Returns Exceptions:

1) Any item that has been used, damaged, opened, or tampered with may not be returned for a refund.

2) Personalized or customized items that are made to your specific requirements cannot be returned.

3) Discontinued or refurbished items may not be returned.

4) Purchases made at trade shows, expo and conventions, or from other sources not affiliated with Mei Beauty Products, Inc. may not be returned.

5) Any opened or used cream, serum, gel, microdermabrasion filter and crystal may not be returned.

6) Products that are outdated, shelf-worn, or used, and thus unsuitable for restock and resale as new may not be returned.

NOTE: Mei Beauty Products, Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
