1.) WHAT IS THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE ON MY PURCHASED ITEMS? All new products and their accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against manufacturing and installation defects. If the machine or accessories do not function properly during warranty period, Mei Beauty Products, Inc. can choose to repair or replace your machine or accessories with new or refurbished machine or accessories. The consumers may choose to carry-in, mail-in their machines and/or accessories, or to arrange a service with Mei Beauty products, Inc. During the warranty period, ONLY labor and parts will be free of charge (SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES are not included). The warranty is only for products purchased or manufactured from Mei Beauty Products, Inc. Therefore, in order to proceed with machine and accessories repair or replacement during warranty period, the consumer MUST provide satisfactory information to prove the date and place of purchase. The limited warranty coverage is only offered to the original purchaser/owner of the product and cannot be transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user. NOTE: This limited warranty is void if the machine and its components are damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, inappropriate physical environment, or terrible maintenance. If your machine and/or accessories are defective, please E-mail or call us at (909) 538-0939. We will need to authorize your request before we can proceed with repair. NOTE: When the product(s) and/or the accessories are shipped back to us for repair, the item(s) must be shipped in the original or comparable packaging with all the necessary shipping and insurance charges prepaid. The limited warranty does not cover: 1. Any damage caused by natural disasters, including flood, fire, and earthquake. 2. Any damaged external parts and/or disposable products. 3. Any damage caused by improper use or operation of the parts and/or machine not specifically designed by the operating manual and Mei Beauty Products, Inc. 4. Damage due to incompatible power supply. 5. Damage from unauthorized tampering with the machine by customer or any person not authorized by Mei Beauty Products, Inc. 6. Cosmetic damages or damages from wear and tear. 7. Damage caused during shipment. 8. Products not purchased or manufactured from Mei Beauty Products, Inc. 9. Damage from accident, abuse, neglect, misuse, improper physical environment, terrible maintenance. 10. Rented machine and accessories. 11. Damages from exposure to extreme temperature and humidity, spilled foods or liquid. 12. Machine and accessories with their serial number tags removed, damaged, or made illegally. 13. Machines and accessories that are modified, soldered, or altered. NOTE: When sending back to us any repaired machine or parts, client will be fully responsible for all the shipping and delivery charges. NOTE: Mei Beauty Products, Inc. reserves the right not to repair or replace the item and/or its accessories until the customer returns the defective product to us. NOTE: Mei Beauty Products, Inc. does not warrant that the operation of any product will be interrupted or error-free. NOTE: Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty is limited to the country in which the product is sold. NOTE: No Mei Beauty Products, Inc. employee, agent or representative has the authority to bind Mei Beauty to any oral representative or warranty concerning any product sold. Any oral representation or warranty made prior to the purchase of any product and not set forth in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Mei Beauty shall not be enforceable by the purchaser. 2.) DOES MEI BEAUTY PRODUCTS, INC. PROVIDE TRAINING TO USE ITS PRODUCTS? The proper and standard operations of our machines and their accessories are explained and described in the operating manuals. However, if you were unsure and would like to talk to a representative, you are welcome to come to the company, and we would be happy to answer your question and instruct you on the proper handling and operation of the machine. If further and much more extensive training is required, we may be able to send a local professional esthetician and a knowledgeable user of our products to train you. 3.) DOES MEI BEAUTY PRODUCTS, INC. REPAIR PRODUCTS FROM OTHER MANUFACTURER?We generally don’t attempt to repair products from other manufacturers due to lack of knowledge and necessary parts. If repair is insisted by the customer, however, Mei Beauty Products, Inc. will not be liable for any damages or malfunctions resulted from the repairs. 4.) WHAT TYPES OF REPAIR SERVICE DOES MEI BEAUTY PRODUCTS, INC. PROVIDE?Our service department opens Monday through Friday between 9:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Our knowledgeable and skillful technicians provide many services, such as diagnostics, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance. NOTE: When sending back to us any machine or parts for repair, client will be fully responsible for all the shipping and delivery charges. NOTE: Mei Beauty Products, Inc. reserves the right not to repair or replace the item and/or its accessories until the customer returns the defective product to us. NOTE: Mei Beauty Products, Inc. does not warrant that the operation of any product will be interrupted or error-free. 5.) DOES MEI BEAUTY PRODUCTS, INC. STOCK ALL THE REPLACEMENT PARTS?Yes, we have replacement parts for nearly all of our products. 6.) WHAT IS THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE ON REFURBISHED ITEMS?All refurbished or reconditioned products sold are covered by a 90 day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. NOTE: Other than time frame of limited warranty, all the rules and exceptions applied to the new products and accessories are also applied to the refurbished items. |
